How it works in four steps

1Receive

Pre-alerts and documents arrive after your day ends.

2Process

We create or update the job file.

3Check

We compare CI, packing list and HBL/MBL with the booking.

4Report

You approve drafts and resolve exceptions.

What you send, what we do, what comes back

An overnight handover built around your approvals. Customs work stays with your licensed brokers.

1You send

By the end of your day

  • Pre-alerts from overseas agents
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • House and master bills of lading
  • Booking details

2We process and check

During the US night

  • Updated job files
  • Arrival notice drafts to approve
  • An exceptions list with a suggested next step for each
Your team approves. Your brokers file.Every arrival notice and customer message is approved by your team. We don’t prepare customs entries or file anything with CBP.

Overnight, because of the time difference

Questions forwarders ask

What can a freight forwarder outsource?

Freight forwarding BPO usually covers document-based work that follows a set process: pre-alert processing, job file updates, document checks, arrival notice drafts, tracking updates and agent chasing. Your team approves anything that goes to a customer.

Do you prepare customs entries?

No. US rules require customs business to be conducted within the United States. Entry work stays with your licensed brokers.

Which systems do you work in?

We work inside the forwarding system you already use. Which platforms we can support is confirmed during scoping.

Can we have one dedicated person?

Possibly. After a pilot, a dedicated logistics virtual assistant could work only on your account. We confirm the options once we’ve seen your volumes.
