Try Us on One Workflow for Two Weeks

We run one of your back-office workflows for two weeks, inside your own systems, and measure it against your own numbers. You decide at the end whether to keep, stop or extend.

The Offer

A Clear Scorecard, a Result Sheet, and Your Say on What We Publish

You choose one workflow. Before day one we agree one scorecard number, such as hours handed back, turnaround or rework. At the end you get a one-page result sheet, whether the pilot went well or not, and you decide to keep, stop or extend.

Your Logins, Your Systems

We work inside your systems, using logins you control. You can switch off our access at any time.

Scorecard Before Day One

You pick the number that matters to you. We measure it against your own current process, so the result is yours, not our claim.

You Approve Every Word

We only publish a result with your written approval of the exact text, and we remove it if you ask.

The Two Weeks

What Happens, and When

  1. Before Day 1 (About 30 Minutes). You choose one workflow, we agree the scorecard, and you set up logins you control.
  2. Days 1 to 2. We record how the workflow runs today, using your own records.
  3. Days 3 to 13. Our team works the workflow daily inside your systems. You get a short end-of-day note, and we hold a 15-minute check-in on day 7.
  4. Day 14. You receive the result sheet and decide whether to keep, stop or extend.

What the Pilot Can Cover

One Workflow, in the Area You Need Most

Logistics

A week of PODs and dockets turned into invoice drafts in your system, with a list of anything that doesn’t match. Logistics BPO

NDIS

Progress notes, service agreement admin or participant record updates in your own system. Decisions on incidents and reporting stay with you. NDIS BPO

Credentialing

Payer enrollment follow-up and CAQH ProView upkeep for a set list of providers, prepared for your team to review. Credentialing BPO

What We Need From You

Four Things, and Nothing Else

  • One person who can answer questions and make decisions, for about 15 minutes a day.
  • Logins you control, with the lowest access that does the job, which you can switch off at any time.
  • One workflow and one scorecard number, agreed in a 30-minute setup call.
  • A week of recent records, or your own estimate of how long the workflow takes today. This is what we compare against.

How We Measure Success

Your Number, Against Your Baseline

Success is your own number compared with your own baseline. The day-14 result sheet shows the workflow and the dates, the scorecard number before and after, what went wrong and what we changed, and what we would do in the first month. The sheet is yours to keep either way. If the pilot misses, the sheet says so and we publish nothing.

What Stays With You

Your Systems, Your Data, Your Decisions

We work inside your systems, using logins you control, and we don’t download or keep your data. Decisions, signatures, incident reports, and customs, claims and credentialing submissions stay with your business. We don’t guarantee compliance, savings or turnaround. We describe the work and how it is measured.
